By using Envoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Envoice is an online tool for creating and managing invoices, quotes and credit notes. The service is provided "as is" during the current beta period.

Beta Disclaimer

Envoice is currently in beta. Features may change, be discontinued, or experience downtime without prior notice. We will make every effort to preserve your data, but we strongly recommend keeping local backups of important documents.

Tax Disclaimer

Tax rates, configurations and fields provided by Envoice are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying that your documents comply with the tax laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Envoice does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Envoice for illegal or fraudulent purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you create. You must keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Envoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
